We are a full service lighting design and installation firm that specializes in open areas such as roadways, parking lots, parking garages, sports courts, and warehouses spaces. We specify and install energy efficient LED lighting which in many cases replaces older technology and less efficient lighting.
We have particular expertise in the outdoor lighting associated with multifamily communities. In many cases we can replace expensive utility pole mounted lighting with LED building mounted lighting providing owners with paybacks of 1 – 2 years as well as creating a more visually appealing and secure community.
We specify quality lighting fixtures that meet DLC and/or Energy Star requirements and use experienced and licensed installers for all jobs. All work is warranted and LED fixtures carry either a 5 or 10 year warranty as well.
